In the Olosauna café, you can relax even outside the sauna. We offer local, nutritious treats and refreshing drinks – with or without bubbles. The café is open to everyone, including those who just want to enjoy the atmosphere.

SleepWellYoga is a calming fusion of yin yoga, meditation, and mindfulness exercises that guides the body and mind toward deep rest and better sleep. After the yoga class, you can relax in the warm steam of Olosauna and enjoy the quiet of the river estuary.
