Sauna ticket

Ticket Transfer and Cancellation

Sauna tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person or rescheduled to another available time if notice is provided no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session begins. Transfer requests must be sent to the email address provided in the booking confirmation. The message must include the name of the original booking holder and the preferred new date and time.

Rescheduling is possible within one month of the original booking date. If the new booking is priced higher than the original reservation, the price difference will be charged. No refunds will be issued for bookings transferred to a lower-priced session.

Olosauna reserves the right to cancel a reservation at least one month prior to the booked date if there is a justified reason to do so. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to sudden and unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to water damage, fire, vandalism, labor disputes, actions by authorities, disruptions in payment systems or telecommunications, or other similar force majeure events.

In such situations, we will inform customers without delay and will make every effort to arrange a new suitable time or provide an alternative solution. At Olosauna, our priority is always to ensure that your sauna experience can take place as planned.

Ordering and Payment

You can purchase your sauna ticket through our online store by adding it to your cart and securely completing your payment via the Paytrail payment service.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the currently valid sauna etiquette. The sauna etiquette is available on our website and at Olosauna.

Confirmation and Arrival Instructions

As soon as your booking is complete, you will receive a payment confirmation and a booking confirmation by email.

Private rental

Booking and Time Use

Your sauna session begins and ends at the time stated in your order confirmation. All preparations and cleanup must be done within the reserved time, and the space must be vacated by the end of the booking.

Additional hours are possible by agreement and are charged separately according to the price list.

Paid public events may not be held without a prior agreement with Olosauna.

Cancellation and Booking Terms

• The offer is binding.
• Invoicing will be issued 14 days prior to the reservation.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the reservation will be charged 50% of the booking price.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the reservation will be charged 100% of the booking price.

No refunds or credits will be given for price changes.

Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are paid immediately via the online store.
We reserve the right to change prices and terms.

Access to the Venue

Arrival instructions can be found on our website.
The booker agrees to familiarize themselves with and follow the venue’s usage guidelines.

Cleanliness and Responsibility

Leave the space as clean as you found it:

• Trash in bins, bottles and cans in designated containers

• Dishes on the kitchen counter, furniture back in place

• Overall appearance neat

Additional cleaning is charged at €55 per starting hour, double on Sundays and public holidays.
Special cleaning (e.g., bodily fluids): €100 per incident.

Damages will be charged based on actual costs – including replacement, removal, and recycling of broken furnishings. Decorations or items left behind will be removed as extra cleaning.

Rules of Conduct

• The number of guests in the premises must not exceed the number confirmed in the booking.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• Personal DJ equipment, large sound systems, or other equipment may not be brought onto the premises without prior agreement.
• Olosauna operates as a café and licensed serving area. Bringing your own food or beverages onto the premises is not permitted, including non-alcoholic drinks.

The entrance lobby is monitored by a recording CCTV system.

Olosauna reserves the right to interrupt or terminate an event if these rules are violated or if circumstances require it.
