March 1st: Silent Sauna
In Olosauna’s Silent Sauna, bathing, sauna, cooling off, and getting dressed all happen calmly and without speaking. We share silence, presence, and gentle steam – allowing the experience to unfold unhurried, in togetherness.
The Silent Sauna takes place on the first Sunday of every month, from 4–6 pm.
March 8th: Women’s Day Sauna
At Olosauna’s Women’s Day Sauna, we enjoy the steam together in the company of women only. A warm moment of time for yourself, dedicated to your wellbeing, recovery, and deep relaxation.

March 15th: Men’s Sauna
At Olosauna’s men’s sauna, you can enjoy a traditional sauna experience in a relaxed, men-only space. The heat is generous, the atmosphere easy-going, with time to unwind and share conversation.
Men’s and Women’s Saunas alternate monthly and take place on the third Sunday of every month. The next Men’s Sauna will be held on March 15th, from 4–6 pm.
March 22nd: Family Sauna
Olosauna’s Family Sauna is a relaxed shared sauna moment for adults and children alike. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the steam in their own way.

The Family Sauna exceptionally takes place on the fourth Sunday, from 4–6 pm.
March 29th: Sauna Folk and the Steam Breeze – A Sauna Experience
Ilona Anttila’s “Sauna Folk” guides bathers into the sauna atmosphere through the rhythm of the Kalevala meter, leading them into a timeless experience.
As the steam breeze touches both body and mind, the scents of the Finnish forest pamper the bathers in this relaxing sauna ritual. In between sessions, there is time to cool down, drink water, and, if desired, take a dip in the ice hole.
An experience that combines performing arts and sauna culture on Sunday, March 29th, from 4–6 pm.
Schedule & Bookings
All themed sauna sessions take place on Sundays from 4-6 pm. Themed saunas are priced the same as a regular Sunday afternoon sauna ticket, and Olosauna 10-Visit Cards can also be used. Please remember to book your slot in advance.
