May 3rd: Silent Sauna
In Olosauna’s Silent Sauna, bathing, sauna, cooling off, and getting dressed all happen calmly and without speaking. We share silence, presence, and gentle steam – allowing the experience to unfold unhurried, in togetherness.
The Silent Sauna takes place on the first Sunday of every month, from 4–6 pm.
May 10th: Family Sauna
Olosauna’s Family Sauna is a relaxed shared sauna moment for adults and children alike. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the steam in their own way. If this is your first time visiting Olosauna with children, please take a moment to read our sauna etiquette in advance.
The Family Sauna takes place on the second Sunday of every month, from 4–6 pm.
May 17th: Men’s Sauna
At Olosauna’s men’s sauna, you can enjoy a traditional sauna experience in a relaxed, men-only space. The heat is generous, the atmosphere easy-going, with time to unwind and share conversation.
Men’s and Women’s Saunas alternate monthly and take place on the third Sunday of every month. The next Women’s Sauna will be held on June 21st, from 4–6 pm.
Schedule & Bookings
All themed sauna sessions take place on Sundays from 4-6 pm. Themed saunas are priced the same as a regular Sunday afternoon sauna ticket. Please remember to book your slot in advance.
